In this activity, you will speak to a customer service agent.

Your aim is to ask about a delivery problem using polite, indirect question forms.

Situation

You ordered a parcel, but it hasn’t arrived. The tracking information is unclear, and you are concerned about what has happened.

You are calling customer service to find out more.

Your tracking code is: TWIE26

What you need to ask about

  • Where the parcel is now
  • When it is likely to arrive
  • Whether compensation or a refund is possible
  • What your options are

Important

Try to make all your questions polite and indirect. Avoid very direct forms like “Where is my parcel?” or “Give me a refund.” Instead, use softer, more natural language.

Click on the widget in the corner to start the call.
